Welcome to the very first edition of the Institute’s new ‘Who’s Who in Collection and Enforcement Directory’.
The
publication of this Directory couldn’t come at a more important time
for anyone involved in Enforcement. We are heading into a period of
negotiation on regulations over the next twelve months. In particular,
the Taking Control of Goods Act will transform collection procedures.
This
Directory offers at-a-glance reference to the key players in Collection
and Enforcement. It gives details of established firms along with many
newcomers. This will be produced yearly to coincide with the
Institute’s Collection and Enforcement Conference.
