The jobs on line service is subscription based and it enables you to put all your job advertisements on the jobs pages of the IRRV’s web site for a period of 3 months, six months or for the whole year.

With over 2000 hits per week your advertisement will reach a targeted audience of professionals and our jobs service could help you find the right candidates for your job vacancies.

There is no limit to the number of vacancies you can advertise during the remainder of the year.

What the service offers

Jobs on line offers you unrivalled access to a targeted pool of professionals. With over 5000 members and more than 2000 hits per week, the Institute’s new web service could be the best way for you to secure the staff you need.

Jobs on line will display your job vacancies and provide applicants with facilities to search for jobs by region, job type or salary level.

Applicants who are interested in the vacancy can register their details to request further information from you about a specific job vacancy. Details of all registered interest will be sent directly to your specified e-mail contact address as each applicant registers.

You can also download a file from the site showing all applicant details in either word or excel format to make mail merging easy for you to send out further details and application forms to applicants.

Posting new job or amending existing job vacancies

When you sign up for the service you will be given access to a password protected web page where you can enter details of the jobs you want to post on the site.

Entering the job details is a simple task of filling out the form on the administration pages of the site and then once confirmed the job will be posted on the site.

Job vacancies will stay on the site up to the closing date for each vacancy and once the closing date is reached they will go into an archive.

A full instruction pack will be sent to all subscribers and on line help will be available on the site.
