Welcome to the Capping and Good Practice Website, a new service which provides practitioner members with knowledge and support
A number of Local Authorities are currently facing rebilling due to an impending decision by ministers on capping certain precepting Authorities.
The IRRV and LGA are working together to provide guidance and support to these Authorities. This support includes a bulletin board and best practice from Authorities who have previously faced this.
