Spring Conference and Exhibition 2017

The Queens Hotel, Leeds, 9-10 May

PROGRAMME DELEGATE FEES INFORMATION

The Institute will be holding a Spring Conference at the Queen’s Hotel, Leeds on the 9th and 10 May 2017. This event brings together the Welfare Benefits and Revenues & Enforcement Conferences that have taken place at different venues and at different times in previous years. The conference will as always be supported by an exhibition.

There are to be two separate streams running throughout the conference; one focussing on Welfare Benefits and the other on Revenues and Enforcement. Delegates attending the event will not be confined to attending sessions on any one stream. They will have the flexibility to ‘pick and choose’ which sessions to attend.

It is a pivotal time for Local Government as the Local Government Bill proceeds through Parliament and the Welfare Reform Agenda gathers pace. Speakers will not only bring delegates up-to-date on everything that is happening but also on what lies ahead for those working within the profession.

The Queens is the most famous landmark hotel in Leeds. Situated in City Square, it is close by to restaurants, bars and shops and easily accessible by both car and train. It has its own entrance linked to Leeds train station. The main hotel car park, of which there are 80 spaces, is located below the hotel.

Accommodation is not included in the delegate fee, allowing you to book to your budget. Once you have booked your delegate place, accommodation booking details for The Queens Hotel can sent to you on request. Alternatively you can also source rooms at:www.laterooms.com
