Spring Conference and Exhibition 2018
15-16 May 2018, Leeds
Due to the success of our 2017 event, the Institute will be returning to The Queen’s Hotel, Leeds on the 15th and 16th May 2018. This event brings together the Welfare Benefits and Revenues & Enforcement Conferences that have taken place at different venues and at different times in previous years. The conference will as always be supported by an exhibition.
There are to be two separate streams running throughout the conference; one focussing on Welfare Benefits and the other on Revenues and Enforcement. Delegates attending the event will not be confined to attending sessions on any one stream. They will have the flexibility to ‘pick and choose’ which sessions to attend.
The Queens is the most famous landmark hotel in Leeds. Situated in City Square, it is close by to restaurants, bars and shops and easily accessible by both car and train. It has its own entrance linked to Leeds train station. The main hotel car park, of which there are 80 spaces, is located below the hotel.
As a great social opportunity and chance to network before the event, we have arranged a conference golf competition at Waterton Park, Wakefield on Monday 14th May 2018 . We are teeing off from 11am to about midday. Each player will be asked to pay £20 towards the cost of the golf and food provided on what is an excellent course.
There will be a number of prizes for placing, nearest pins and the longest drive on what is always a fantastic day and great start to the conference.

All full conference passes include access to all days and all professional streams along with access to the exhibition. Day passes allow access to all professional streams on the given day along with access to the exhibition.

COMMERCIAL AND NON COMMERCIAL RATES
Non commercial rates are available only to non commercial companies such as governmental organisations, charitable organisations and non profit organisations. Commercial rates should be selected where an organisation does not fit into any of the above.
Delegates attending the event should collect their badges from the Registration Desk. Passes can only be used by the person whose name is printed on the badge. If a person is found to be using the badge of another person, they will be asked to leave the event. This will jeopardise attendance for that delegate at future IRRV events.
Exhibitors attending the event should collect their badges from the Help Desk located in the exhibition. Passes can only be used by the person whose name is printed on the badge. If a person is found to be using the badge of another person, they will be asked to leave the exhibition. This will jeopardise attendance for that exhibitor at future IRRV events

PROGRAMME CHANGES AND CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING OF EVENTS
The Institute will make every effort to give delegates as much notice as possible of any programme changes or the cancellation/re-scheduling of an event. However, it does reserve the right to make changes to advertised programmes and to cancel/re-schedule events. In the unlikely event of an event being cancelled/re-scheduled, either a full refund will be made or alternatively, any fee paid will be credited against a future booking. The Institute will not be liable for any travel and/or accommodation costs incurred by the attendee should an event be cancelled/re-scheduled.
On receipt of the registration form with purchase order number the IRRV will issue a receipted VAT invoice at the prevailing rate. Payment must be received in advance of the event. The Institute reserves the right to refuse admission where delegate fees have not been paid.
Cancellations made 1 month before the meeting will be subject to an administration charge of 50% of the fee plus VAT. Cancellations after this date are liable for the full registration fee. A substitute delegate is welcome at any time at no extra charge.
