IRRV Level 3 Certificate Revenues and Welfare Benefits

UPDATE

Day Release Courses have traditionally been run from IRRV HQ in Central London. Courses were run over three terms on one day each week from October to May. The well-being of our students is paramount and as we continue to face up to the Covid-19 pandemic, we need to be mindful of our responsibility to put in place social distancing measures. At the same time, it has become clear that employers are not be keen for their students to use public transport so they can attend a course.

In view of the foregoing, the Institute has taken the decision not to run a Day Release Course from IRRV HQ in 2020/21. It is essential students know they can undertake a course without it being disrupted, once it commences. At this time, that remains a risk with any face-to-face delivery or our courses.

Arrangements are being put in place to enhance the existing Distance Learning Course with the addition of live / recorded webinars for each subject. This will change considerably the ‘learner experience’ of our distance learning students, as we look to combine the benefits of our existing Day Release and Distance Learning Courses. A number of other changes are being considered which includes regular reporting on a student’s progress to employers and more ‘personal’ support for our students.

Details of the enhanced Distance Learning Course will be released in early September 2020.
