The IRRV Level 3 Certificate Valuation Tribunal course is designed for staff who primarily work in the Valuation Tribunal Service and who wish to gain a professional qualification and further their careers. It leads to IRRV Certificate Qualification & Technician Membership of the Institute and has been accredited in England, Wales and Northern Ireland by the QCA.

Course Entry Requirements:
Students will have ideally gained work experience within the Valuation Tribunal and have achieved a level of education sufficient to enable them to deal with the requirements of the course.

Tuition
Classes start at 10 am and finish at 4pm. In addition to face-to-face tuition, students are expected to complete research and undertake an assignment during the course. Students are required to study three subjects. Each subject entails five days of tuition throughout the academic year. Note: All courses / subjects will run subject to numbers and if necessary, be a combination of day release / distance learning.

Course Fee: £1240 plus VAT per Student

Fees and Cancellations
Cancellations made after the commencement of course are liable for the full course fee. A substitute attendee is welcome subject to payment of an administration fee.
