The IRRV's Miscellaneous Income Conference 2010 takes place on 26th and 27th April 2010 at Keele University, Keele, Staffordshire.
The Lyons Report stated that the amount of revenue collected through fees and charges will increase from 11% to 25 % in the coming years and so Miscellaneous Income has a increasingly key role to play in financing local government.
The Conference is aimed particularly at all staff involved in the collection and administration of sundry debt/miscellaneous income but is relevant to all involved in income collection, including local taxation.
This important event will be of great interest to all who manage, administer or collect sundry debt within the local authorities and the private sector.
This year’s conference is chaired by David Magor IRRV (Hons) OBE, Chief Executive of the IRRV.

PROGRAMME CHANGES
The Institute reserves the right to make last minute changes to speakers and programme content.
COMMERCIAL ORGANISATIONS
The Institute reserves the right to charge a fee up to £890 plus VAT per person to representatives of commercial organisations not exhibiting or supporting the conference and wishing to register delegates.
VAT RECEIPTS
On receipt of the registration form with purchase order number the IRRV will issue a receipted VAT invoice at the prevailing rate. Payment must be received in advance of the event. The Institute reserves the right to refuse admission where delegate fees have not been paid.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations made before 01 April 2010 will be subject to an administration charge of 50% of the fee plus VAT. Cancellations after this date are liable for the full registration fee. A substitute delegate is welcome at any time at no extra charge.
