This section co-ordinates and delivers the Institute’s main conferences and performance awards. All queries concerning the Annual, Collection and Enforcement, Benefits and Benefit Fraud conferences should be directed toward this department whilst those relating to the Scottish conferences should be directed toward the ‘Scotland’ department.- Evonne Edwards

Education
This section administers the Institute’s examinations and qualifications, as well as dealing with policy and research. All queries concerning our National and Scottish Vocational Qualifications (N&SVQs), the Level 3 Certificate in Local Taxation and Benefits and the Full Professional Qualification should be directed to us. Additionally we deal with Continuing Professional Development (CPD), and routes to Corporate Membership for senior and experienced staff.- Michael Hopkins

Fraser Macpherson is the IRRV's Development Manager, covering the Institute's activities in both Scotland and Northern Ireland. Fraser runs an extensive programme of seminars, workshops and conferences as well as supporting the IRRV Scottish Association and the IRRV Northern Ireland Association with their activities.
