Lindsay works within the Professional Services Department. His remit requires him to have regular contact with local authorities and commercial organisations to enable them to deliver Local Taxation and/or Housing Benefit vocational qualifications.
Lindsay also runs the IRRV Accreditation Service and is responsible for promoting Civil Enforcement awards.
