This section co-ordinates and delivers the Institute’s major conferences, Performance Awards, professional meetings, training courses and in house training throughout England and Wales. All queries concerning the Annual, Collection and Enforcement, Benefits and Miscellaneous conferences should be directed toward this department.

Qualifications and Assesments
This section administers all the Institute’s examination-based and competence-based qualifications. Vaishali, Dee and Michael are responsible for ensuring that appropriate qualifications information is provided to candidates and employers, that internal and external regulations are followed, and that candidate registration and results are correctly processed. Routes to membership such as the Professional Project Assessment and the Valuers’ Graduate scheme are also managed by this section, as are the Recognised European Valuer (REV) scheme and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) for Institute members.

Subscriptions Services
The Subscription Services team manages all aspects of the Institute's membership and subscription services including individual and organisational membership categories, magazines and online training. The team also looks after day release courses in London and the Institute's Distance Learning provision. The department also deals with all aspects of advertising, sponsorship and exhibitions.

Within the department, we manage all aspects of accounts from Anthony dealing with purchase and inputting of cash, Jo dealing with credit control. Daniel deals with the production of the monthly accounts and the day to day running of the office. Our IT systems and needs are managed by Shola.

Fraser manages the Institute’s activities in Scotland and Northern Ireland. This includes major conferences and a large programme of seminars, one day professional meetings and training events each year. Fraser also provides support to the IRRV Northern Ireland Association, IRRV Scottish Association and the Institute’s students in his area
