PROGRAMME DELEGATE FEES INFORMATION / BOOK
We are pleased to announce we will be returning to the The Telford International Centre for 2020 .
Conference details will follow.
WHATS INCLUDED
All full conference passes include access to all days and all professional streams. Full conference passes also include a seat at the IRRV Performance Awards Gala Dinner and access to the exhibition.
Day passes allow access to all sessions and if applicable all streams on the given day along with access to the exhibition.
Valuer day passes allow access to the valuation professional stream sessions.
Retired member Pass allows complementary access to all sessions and the exhibition. It does not include the Awards Dinner.
* No delegate/exhibitor pass includes accommodation.

* Cheapest pass free. This discount will only be made available to delegates attending from the same organisation. Bookings must be made at the same time. At least one of the delegates must be a member of the institute in order to receive this discount or alternatively if the organisation subscribes to the Forum or Benefits Advisory Service then they will also be able to receive the discount.

Please note these passes are only available to employees from non commercial companies and applications are considered on a case by case basis.
COMMERCIAL AND NON COMMERCIAL RATES
Non commercial rates are available only to non commercial companies such as governmental organisations, charitable organisations and non profit organisations. Commercial rates should be selected where an organisation does not fit into any of the above.
ACCOMODATION
Once you have booked your delegate place you can request an accomodation information form to be sent to you by emailing conference@irrv.org.uk . Thee IRRV does not hold rooms or deal with any accommodation bookings (other than to suplpy the information sheet) this is entirely overseen by EventLinks.
DELEGATE PASSES
Delegates attending the event should collect their badges from the Registration Desk located in the foyer. Passes can only be used by the person whose name is printed on the badge. If a person is found to be using the badge of another person, they will be asked to leave the event. This will jeopardise attendance for that delegate at future IRRV events.
Exhibitors attending the event should collect their badges from the Help Desk located in the exhibition. Passes can only be used by the person whose name is printed on the badge. If a person is found to be using the badge of another person, they will be asked to leave the exhibition. This will jeopardise attendance for that exhibitor at future IRRV events

PERFORMANCE AWARDS GALA DINNER
Places are limited to this event however priority will be given to finalists, sponsors, exhibitors and delegates until the 31st August after this date bookings will be opened up to those not supporting the event. If attendance to the dinner is not included in the pass(es) that you have booked but you would like to attend this event then please contact conference@irrv.org.uk price is quoted upon application.
PROGRAMME CHANGES AND CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING OF EVENTS
The Institute will make every effort to give delegates as much notice as possible of any programme changes or the cancellation/re-scheduling of an event. However, it does reserve the right to make changes to advertised programmes and to cancel/re-schedule events. In the unlikely event of an event being cancelled/re-scheduled, either a full refund will be made or alternatively, any fee paid will be credited against a future booking. The Institute will not be liable for any travel and/or accommodation costs incurred by the attendee should an event be cancelled/re-scheduled.
VAT RECEIPTS
On receipt of the registration form with purchase order number the IRRV will issue a receipted VAT invoice at the prevailing rate. Payment must be received in advance of the event. The Institute reserves the right to refuse admission where delegate fees have not been paid.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations made 1 month before the meeting will be subject to an administration charge of 50% of the fee plus VAT. Cancellations after this date are liable for the full registration fee. A substitute delegate is welcome at any time at no extra charge.

Exhibiting at IRRV provides a comprehensive opportunity to access an audience of qualified professionals across all fields of the Institute. Stands are booked on a first come first serve basis so potential exhibitors are advised to book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
