    The panel will discuss the impact of implementing Government policy, including the announcements at the Autumn Budget, on both local government and the private sector. Topics will include the new multipliers, transition, SBRR, RHL properties and rates avoidance. The discussion will also consider the practical and administrative challenges facing Billing Authorities, as well as the implications for businesses and other stakeholders, in preparing for the new financial year.

    Panel members will be ready to take and answer questions from attendees.

The Institute will not be liable for any travel and / or accommodation costs incurred by the attendee should an event be cancelled / re-scheduled.
